success in Radio/TV Advertising

Does anyone ever had success in Radio/TV Advertising?

They seem to be cost so much for startups. but then it's not as effective as it seemed. Not unless you are in motor business or something related you might be interested in advertising on radios since most listeners are drivers correct?

tv/radio advestisement costs too much but
i think there are lots of products that became successful because of tv and radio ads.
i think one of their strategies to gain a potential costumer is to
use famous artist to help them persuade people to buy their products.

As the advertising in Radio or TV it is costly as compare as News paper. The reason is that in the Radio or TV there is the live advertisement about your product or services. And about the success it depends upon the product like chemicals. You can not get the success by the Radio or TV advertisement.
